Free UK delivery on every order
Delivery to any address in the United Kingdom is free, whatever the size or finish you choose. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
How long does it take?
Every Palmers Art painting is hand-painted to order, so please allow about 15 to 21 days in total from the day you order to the day it arrives:
- Painting: 1 to 2 weeks. Our artists paint your piece once your order is confirmed.
- Photo approval. When it is finished, we email you a photo of your actual painting. It ships once you approve it. If we have not heard back within 3 days of our reminder, we ship it so that your order is not delayed.
- Delivery: 7 to 10 days, counted from the day you approve the photo (or from the end of the approval window if we do not hear back). Your painting is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the studio.
Large formats (150 × 100 cm and 200 × 140 cm) and framed pieces may take a few extra days.
Packaging
Rolled canvases travel in a rigid protective tube. Stretched and framed canvases are wrapped, corner-protected and shipped in a double-walled box.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
